Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Job Summary

We are hiring licensed mental health therapists to support adults across Oklahoma through a fully remote behavioral health practice. Candidates may hold an active LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license. The practice is designed around consistent client care and a manageable weekday schedule, giving clinicians the time and structure needed to work thoughtfully with each person they serve. We are looking for therapists who are dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable working independently while remaining connected to a professional care team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
  • Complete intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Establish and update individualized treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches based on client needs
  • Monitor clinical progress and make appropriate adjustments to care
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and clinical records
  • Participate in clinical consultation when needed
  • Follow Oklahoma licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
  • Active Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Therapist credential
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
  • Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
  • 2 weeks paid time off
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) plan with 3% employer match
