Job Purpose:
Provide leadership and support to all members in Receptionist office, liaison for Prescriber(s) and monitor productivity and ensure office functions efficiently.Â
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.Â
- Office management experience and healthcare technology preferred.
- Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience preferred.Â
- Ability to perform basic office needs.Â
Core Job Duties:
- Manage and monitor activities of Receptionist staff.Â
- Provide training, coaching and correcting to Receptionist staff when needed.Â
- Provide problem solving, special request and issue resolution.Â
- Manage and monitor productivity of Prescriber(s).Â
- Manage and monitor office supplies and budget.Â
- Work closely with Clinical Manager using efficient and cost-effective approaches to ensure clinic runs efficiently.Â
- Manage and conduct Health and Safety drills and inspections.Â
- Answer phone calls, voicemails, letters and other correspondences appropriately.Â
- Coordinating a variety of office activities and meetings.Â
- Acting as first point of call for office related issues and concerns.Â
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria sets for substance use and/or mental disorders.
- Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.Â
- Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.Â
- Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.Â
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
