Job Purpose:

Provide leadership and support to all members in Receptionist office, liaison for Prescriber(s) and monitor productivity and ensure office functions efficiently. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Office management experience and healthcare technology preferred.
  • Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience preferred. 
  • Ability to perform basic office needs. 

Core Job Duties:

  • Manage and monitor activities of Receptionist staff. 
  • Provide training, coaching and correcting to Receptionist staff when needed. 
  • Provide problem solving, special request and issue resolution. 
  • Manage and monitor productivity of Prescriber(s). 
  • Manage and monitor office supplies and budget. 
  • Work closely with Clinical Manager using efficient and cost-effective approaches to ensure clinic runs efficiently. 
  • Manage and conduct Health and Safety drills and inspections. 
  • Answer phone calls, voicemails, letters and other correspondences appropriately. 
  • Coordinating a variety of office activities and meetings. 
  • Acting as first point of call for office related issues and concerns. 
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria sets for substance use and/or mental disorders.
  • Orally communicate information effectively and accurately. 
  • Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care. 
  • Abide by program and agency policies and procedures. 
  • Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
