Your Role:

As a Program Supervisor, you are the bridge between our mission and our daily impact. You will supervise a team of DSPs, manage schedules, and ensure our Day Program provides high-quality, person-centered support that encourages independence.

Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff
Help maintain a structured, engaging day program environment
Ensure high-quality care and smooth daily operations
Step in to provide hands-on support when needed (meals, meds, personal care)
Encourage independence and community participation for individuals served
Lead by example through strong communication, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of education
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
Strong communication and organizational skills
A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
