10-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking compassionate, dependable RNs with ventilator and tracheostomy experience to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the home.

This position has opportunity to transition into consistent part-time or full-time hours.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy management
  • Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Respond confidently to patient needs while maintaining a safe environment
  • Educate and support family members and caregivers
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WA
  • Previous ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
