QualificationsResponsibilities: As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.  Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
