You will work out of our Fort Mill, South Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will help lead the Supply Chain Finance performance management cycle by providing financial guidance and insights that improve business performance and profitability. You will use your knowledge of supply chain finance, cost accounting, and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive process improvements and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. You will also play a key role in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for the Integrated Supply Chain organization, helping to drive continuous improvement and overall business success.

Qualifications
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets align with corporate goals
    and monitor financial performance against budget targets
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making
  • Analyze scenarios and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Ensure financial operations adhere to local and international regulations and
    standards
  • Act as a financial advisor to department heads and senior management, providing
    insights and recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource
    allocation
