Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate鈥檚 qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker鈥檚 gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.


Assistant Manager:

This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location

路 Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers

路 Food safety

路 Ordering, inventory control

路 P&Ls

路 Cleaning and stocking

Requirements:

路 Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns

路 Enjoy a fast paced work environment

路 Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly

路 Desire to help and mentor others

路 Maintain a clean and inviting store

路 Prior management / leadership experience

Schedule:

Our Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
