Hours Available: Monday-Friday [8:00am-4:30pm] | Saturday-Sunday [OFF]

We are offering a Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule for our Treatment Manager position located in Port Henry, NY.

What you get to do: Includes but is not limited to the following.

Oversee the Office Manager and Clinical Therapists to coordinate the provision of all treatments, activities, experiences or therapies, as prescribed through the Clinic’s intake process.

Perform routine review of clinical records and provide explanation at the request of people enrolled.

Facilitate the maintenance of all clinic appointments and clinical charts.

Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education; or a license as a Registered Nurse. This is required due to OPWDD Article 16 regulations.

Experience: At least one year experience working in a human services setting within an office manager and/or treatment provider role, serving individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Experience with billing processes and regulations preferred.
