Pay Range: $33,000 - $40,000 per year (based on experience and the right fit)

$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Are you a friendly, organized person who enjoys helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences? It’s Your Heating and Cooling Guy™ is growing, and we are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Manage multiple phone lines while providing outstanding customer service
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician schedules
Communicate with homeowners and help identify their comfort needs
Provide a great first impression on every customer interaction
Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
Support our technicians and office team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Educate customers on maintenance plans, services, and comfort solutions
Reasonable On-Call Rotation for after hours and weekends

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and phone skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Organized with attention to detail
Positive, professional attitude
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
