OBJECTIVE

Regional Operations Coordinator Objective

The Regional Operations Coordinator (RECO) provides day-to-day assistance to the Managing Partner in the CBT Region. The RECO will also provide operations support to the field force and be the bridge to the Home Office team, when necessary.聽

RESPONSIBILITIES

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in coordinating the Managing Partner鈥檚 calendars聽with daily operation tasks

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage the recruiting pipeline database and communication聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attend and participate in networking/recruiting events

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in and execute new agent contracting

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate and plan regional meetings and events聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with Terminations, Book Reassignments, and agent Office Moves

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist Managing Partners with managing Associate Regional Coordinator

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate regional and company updates and news to the field force

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist agents in completing various required paperwork聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate and delegate client issues and MP communications聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete policy transfers

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with Solicitor onboarding, process, and paperwork

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in Recruiting and Onboarding process

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to partnership marketing and branding strategies

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Send regional competition stats and data to the field force

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manages social media pages, post updates, engages with audience.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Compile data and send monthly reports/stats to the field force

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Mine online sources for agent candidates and send interested prospects to MPs

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and update agent contact and office information

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and submit partnership annual expenses and budget聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate agent departures/new agents to MFB and field force

QUALIFICATIONS

Regional Operations Coordinator Qualifications

Required

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum three years of administrative experience required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hold a State of Michigan Property & Casualty license

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experienced usage and program development skills in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Keyboarding skills of 65 wpm with accuracy required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic math aptitude required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness to pursue industry-related classes required.

Preferred

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with terminology and operations of the agricultural and insurance industries preferred.
