Residential HVAC Service Technician
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Average W-2 earnings are in the high five figures, with top-performing technicians consistently earning well into six figures. Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.

- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experienceÂ
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsÂ
- Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skillsÂ
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeÂ
- Comfortable communicating directly with homeownersÂ
- Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conductÂ
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
