Scheduling Coordinator (Must be a Certified Nurse Aide)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall operations of staffing and scheduling functions within the nursing department according to established staffing plans.  Responsibilities include nursing department schedules, daily staffing assignments, quarterly staffing reports for State of Michigan, and manages call-ins and replacements to assure that staffing is sufficient to meet State and Federal rules and regulations.   Will perform general office duties for Nursing department including, data entry, filing, typing, and compiling reports.  Will maintain record keeping system for education requirements, attendance tracking and monitoring.

Qualifications:

Education:  High school diploma or GED. 

Current Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Michigan

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
