Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates in Port Orange, FL is looking for an Experienced Medical Assistant to join their dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare team. Responsibilities:

Assist physicians and providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies
Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and chief complaints accurately in EHR systems
Administer injections, draw blood, and perform routine clinical procedures as directed
Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and care plan communications
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and wellness protocols
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
Experience with phlebotomy, injections, and clinical procedures
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional, compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude
