Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Adheres to the department’s and hospital’s policies and procedures, including safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
  • Keeps abreast of trends, developments and regulatory requirements impacting matters within designated scope of responsibility.
  • Administers, oversees and documents the administration of medications (e.g., topically, orally, intramuscularly, subcutaneously and intravenously) as ordered by the healthcare practitioner and in accordance with hospital policy.
  • Assesses patient to include physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral/emotional, developmental and spiritual needs.
  • Gathers data relevant for patient care.
  • Implements appropriate patient interventions and evaluates outcomes.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Other Graduation from an accredited school of nursing., upon hire and
  • Previous E.D. experience current within the last 2 years or
  • Critical care experience, current within the last 2 years
  • Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 60 Days and
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 12 - months or
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, within 12 - months and
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months and
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 12 - months and

Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting, upon hire and
  • Certified Emergency Nurse, upon hire
