Job Description:

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part Time or Full Time | Poulsbo, WA | 2026-2027 School Year
 

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Poulsbo, Washington. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!
 

Job Highlights:

  • Location: Poulsbo, WA

  • Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting

  • Full time or part time available 

  • Schedule: M-F for full-time; or choose your days/hours for part-time

  • Setting: In-person, K–12 public school environment

  • Caseload: to be discussed in interview

  • August 2026-June 2027
     

Responsibilities:

  • Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation

  • Conduct evaluations and write reports

  • Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families

  • Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
     

Qualifications:

  • Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license

  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)

  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
