About the Role:

As a Driller Helper, you’ll assist the lead driller in setting up, operating, and maintaining drilling equipment. Your responsibilities will include preparing drilling sites, staging materials and equipment, collecting soil samples, and ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations. This is a physically active role that offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license (driving record must show no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years)

  • Experience with manual labor or construction work

  • Ability to lift 100 pounds (not consistently)

  • Ability to work overtime, with some weekend and/or out-of-town work

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in drilling or heavy equipment operation

  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor

  • Understanding of equipment staging and prep

  • Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
