Job Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions; report changes promptly
- Assist with daily care routines and respond to resident needs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Respond to emergencies with sound judgment and appropriate interventions
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the State of Kentucky
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
