What You’ll Do

- Completing resident service requests
- Assisting with community and grounds upkeep
- Handling apartment turns, punch lists, and make‑ready tasks
- Performing general plumbing and general electrical repairs
- Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and team members
You’ll succeed here if you’re detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to stay steady and composed even on busy days.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive, “can‑do” attitude
- Commitment to providing high-quality, detail‑focused work
- Willingness to participate in shared on‑call responsibilities
- Weekend availability when needed
