Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Conduct assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
• Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Maintain documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Support a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills
• Ability to lead, delegate, and work collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach
