We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and help support the well‑being, dignity, and comfort of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Assist residents with daily care needs and respond to concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Respond to emergencies using sound nursing judgment
- Promote a supportive, positive, and team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the State of Kentucky
- Strong clinical and assessment abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, resident‑focused approach to care
