This position is based in Port St Lucie, FL.
Your Role as an Occupational Therapist:
- Travel to patients’ homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient’s condition and home environment.
- Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence.
- Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed).
Qualifications:
- Florida Occupational Therapy License (required).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (preferred).
