About the Role:

Join Advanced Lawn Care LLC as a Landscape Maintenance / Driver and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces in Fort Pierce, FL! This exciting position combines hands-on landscaping with driving responsibilities, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and beautiful landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and team members to job sites.
Assist in planting, mulching, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in safe working order.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Commerical landscape maintenance or a related field preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, experience with driving trucks with trailers.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
Knowledge of landscaping techniques and horticultural practices.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
