How you'll make an impact in this role

Design personalized recovery paths by conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to deeply understand each patient’s unique clinical needs and personal goals.
Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve the overall quality of life for those in your care.
Collaborate on holistic care plans that involve patients and their families, ensuring the roadmap to recovery is transparent, achievable, and evolves with the patient’s progress.
Lead and mentor a high-performing clinical team by overseeing therapy assistants and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.
Champion patient advocacy by documenting every step of the care journey, ensuring that accurate records translate into seamless, high-quality transitions and long-term health outcomes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
