Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Cocoa Beach, FL (In Office)

We're growing our East Coast operation and are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

This is an opportunity to serve as a true business partner to operational leaders while helping support the continued growth of our East Coast Division. The HRBP will be the primary HR resource for the operation, partnering closely with centers of excellence and leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and organizational support.

We're looking for someone who:
• Builds strong relationships and credibility with leaders and employees
• Understands workforce dynamics and operational environments
• Takes a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting growth
• Enjoys being visible, engaged, and involved in the business
• Wants to help build talent pipelines and strengthen the workforce for the future

Experience supporting construction, industrial, marine, manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or similar operational environments is highly desirable.
