Join our dynamic educational team as the Full-Time Program Director for Medical Assisting, where you will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Medical Assisting program. Duties

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of the Medical Assisting program to ensure curriculum relevance, compliance with accreditation standards, and alignment with industry needs
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop engaging lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that enhance student learning outcomes
  • Oversee student recruitment, enrollment processes, and retention strategies to foster a supportive educational environment
