SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Position Title: Service Technician

Reports To: Branch Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Type: Regular full-time

General Summary

Perform paver repair projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

1. Complete paver repair job according to work order provided.
2. Ensure installation quality and accuracy of installed materials.
3. Adhere to jobsite safety standards.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2+ years of experience setting pavers, including paver punchout experience.
3. Carpet and/or wood flooring punchout experience a plus but not required.
4. Knowledge of stone and marble is a plus but not required.

Other Requirements

1. This role would require the ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb.
2. This role would require the ability to kneel, crouch, stoop, crawl for extended periods.
3. This role would require the ability to use hands to handle and/or control tools for extended periods.
4. Fundamental mathematical comprehension required.
5. Ability to manage multiple deadlines required.
6. Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle available for company use required.  (Auto allowance and/or gas card to be provided.)
7. Travel required: daily travel required.
