Portable Sanitation Service Technician

Position Overview: The Portable Sanitation Service Technician is responsible for delivering, servicing, and cleaning portable sanitation units with self-accountability, ensuring vehicle readiness, and providing excellent customer service in accordance with the Good Man Standard.

Route Operations:

• Service, clean, deliver and pick up portable sanitation units 
• Maintain self-accountability regarding the route and communication with management
• Ability to utilize phone- and computer-based software such as Trainual, Service Core, Outlook, Bamboo HR and other software systems
  
  

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure the truck is stocked and all equipment and supplies are in working order
• Report any problems with the vehicles to the Fleet Manager in a timely manner
  
  

Customer Support:

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. Communicate professionally with customers, and serve as a friendly and knowledgeable representative of Good Man
• Adhere to the Good Man Standard in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• Clean Driving Record 
• Must be 18 years or older 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a team player as they will sometimes need to coordinate solutions among employees.
• Uphold a positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Maintain self-motivation and remain productive throughout the day.
• Confidence using smart phones and mobile apps.
• Comfortable using mapping technology i.e. Google maps etc.
