Sales Associate, IVY/RED Beauty (United States)

Job Description Summary:

Job Description:

• S/he will need to build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers

• Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets and/or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets

• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers

• Develop in-depth knowledge of products via successful completion of required sales training programs and utilize this knowledge to sell the product to new and existing customers in the assigned territory

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years Retail Sales experience

• Demonstrate effectiveness in new business development and lead qualification

• Customer service oriented

• Excellent communication skills speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations

• Must be able to travel to a certain extent and be open to relocation for the company's sales

• Korean language skill is required
