What You'll Do

In this role you'll support the production of high-quality medical components by:

  • Setting up and operating CNC and related production equipment
  • Adjusting machinery and processes to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Reviewing work orders and schedules to meet customer needs
  • Performing routine, preventative, and basic corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshooting equipment or process issues
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance and setup documentation
  • Working cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Assisting with training and mentoring technicians or production staff
  • Following GMPs, SOPs, and all safety and quality requirements

 

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3+ years of machine set‑up experience (CNC preferred)
  • Manufacturing experience with mechanical systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic measurement
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Adaptability in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Extras  (Nice-to-have but not required)

  • Technical or trade school education
  • Experience with CNC programs and programming
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience
  • Job shop manufacturing background
  • Experience with engineering change processes
