We are seeking a highly motivated D2C Ecommerce Assistant Manager to join our growing beauty and personal care business. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our direct-to-consumer ecommerce site, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience that drives sales and brand growth.Job Description:
Site & Merchandising Management
- Oversee day-to-day ecommerce site operations on Shopify, including product uploads, category management, content accuracy, and visual merchandising.
- Support new product development (NPD) launches by planning site placement, assets, and go-to-market timelines.
- Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and pricing accuracy.
Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute product and seasonal promotions on Shopify, ensuring alignment with overall brand and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to deliver compelling campaigns that drive conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain Google Merchant Center to ensure accurate product feeds and smooth integration.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ad efficiency.
