SUMMARY OF POSITION: 

Assist the quality department in a variety of activities that support our corrective action process and inspection processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

 Assist in creating training documents.

  • Assist quality inspectors in setting up the inspection lab layout at our Mineral Springs location
  • Create quality checksheets to go with the process prints.
  • Assist with gage storage at our Mineral Springs and Walker’s Point location.
  • Assist with corrective action (CAR) processing including, creating quality alerts, create, distribute and update CAR folders and database, process routing changes, and update workbooks after corrective actions were implemented.
  • Other duties as assigned or required 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Requires the candidate to be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or associates degree in Quality, Operations, or engineering.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all organizational departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle and successfully complete multiple tasks and projects.
