Job DetailsJob Location: Turner Port Washington - Port Washington, WIPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary/yearMEP Superintendent Port Washington, WI The Will Group is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead on-site execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and mission-critical construction projects, with a strong preference for data center experience. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, driving schedules, and ensuring high-quality installation and commissioning of complex MEP infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading MEP field activities, supervising subcontractors and crews, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers and engineers, overseeing electrical distribution and backup power systems, supporting QA/QC and startup activities, conducting inspections, and maintaining daily progress reporting. Qualifications include 7–10 years of field construction experience with at least 3–5 years in an MEP-focused leadership role, strong knowledge of electrical distribution and mechanical systems, experience on mission-critical projects preferred, solid communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience is preferred. Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $95,000 to $115,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
