Location: Waterford at Plymouth - Plymouth, WI and Lincoln Village - Port Washington, WI

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient

Lovely Communities - Work with higher functioning residents

Schedule: 2 partial days in Plymouth and 2-3 days a week in Port Washington, Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings, Flexible, up to 30 hours/week

Qualifications:

  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
  • Current CPR certification, preferred

As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
