This is an exciting opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience across HVAC design-build projects, energy management, drafting, and sales engineering support in a commercial and light commercial environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience across HVAC design-build projects, energy management, drafting, and sales engineering support in a commercial and light commercial environment.
This role blends office work with regular field activity, including site surveys, equipment inspections, and client meetings. You’ll be mentored by credentialed professionals including a licensed PE and a Certified Energy Manager, building the skills to lead projects and grow your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform heating & cooling load calculations and develop HVAC system designs
- Support energy audits and financial analysis for energy conservation measures
- Create and modify AutoCAD construction drawings
- Assist the sales team with technical proposals and client site visits
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field (ABET-accredited)
- 0–4 years of HVAC/mechanical engineering experience (recent grads with internships encouraged)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to project sites
