Process Tech - 2nd Shift

Delta Workforce is hiring a 2nd shift process technician for a plastic mold facility in Portage. **2nd Shift role - Training on 1st shift for 2 weeks** Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for machine start-ups Work with injection molding machines and secondary equipment on tooling issues to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Ensure machines are running at optimum efficiency Troubleshoot machine, mold, and material problems Report to Manager any difficulties or problems requiring special attention Responsible for the accurate completion of Process Verification and Tool Reports as required Responsible for die change activities Requirements Prior experience in Plastic Injection Molding, including mold changes, hydraulics, and electrical Education to support mold set-ups and troubleshooting Computer skills, including machine control Skills to perform process parameters of all presses operating during scheduled shift Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hours: 3PM - 11PM Monday - Friday Delta Workforce 616-317-5790
