The job

As the responsible gaming analyst you'll be in charge of investigating and analysing customers’ gameplay in order to flag any appearing responsible gaming-related issues. You will be reporting to the Head of RG. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Communicate and suggest appropriate intervention tools to limit ‘at risk’ players by phone, mail and chat
• Review accounts based on alerts and other reports to identify players that may require further attention and monitoring
• Maintain detailed records of communication, information, interventions and checks that has been carried out on accounts
• Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues to e.g. the operational teams

Your qualifications

You speak and write Portuguese and English fluently (at least B2). 

Experience in customer service is an advantage. 

You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
