PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to support PacArctic and our government customer.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:

At the direction of the Project Manager, the supervisor will serve as primary representative; manage contract-related matters, notices, deliverables, and daily operations to include (but not limited to):

  • Oversee building maintenance, ensure uninterrupted service, and liaise with Contracting Officer
  • Implement Quality Control Program and ensure legal compliance
  • Supervise staffing, subcontracting, and Building Operating Plan
  • Administer NCMMS and oversee energy/water efficiency programs
  • Supervise safety, environmental compliance, and system maintenance
  • Coordinate additional services and prepare required reports
  • Ensure staff training and certification; manage emergency response
  • Coordinate with contractors and Government personnel
  • Implement sustainable practices, pest management, and waste programs
  • Oversee special maintenance including snow removal and grounds maintenance
  • Supervise hazardous materials handling and fire protection systems
  • Complete IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees
  • Maintain architectural and structural systems
  • Maintain active system file and Government access account for NCMMS usage

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Operations & Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, with at least 2 years in a project management/supervisory role
  • Experience must include operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of similar size, complexity, and characteristics
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
  • Minimum Experience: 2 Years as a Supervisor of trades staff
