This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

• $0.41- $0.48 per mile
• Detention pay: $20 - $24 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $27 per stop
• Live load/unload: $42 per stop 
• Refrigerated loads:  $30 per load
• Hazmat pay:  $25 per load
• Local loads:  $10 per load
• Rail delay:  $20 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown:  $20 per hour
• Empty moves:  $10 per move
• Refused delivery:  $27 per stop
• Truck order not used:  $10 per occurrence
• Layover/down time pay:  $20 per hour
• Yard checks:  $20 per hour
• Cross-town pay:  $10 per move
• Mandatory meetings:  $20 per hour
• New hire training pay:  $20 per hour
• Driver assist:  $10 per load
• Driver load/unload:  $45 per occurrence
• Waiting on power unit:  $20 per hour
• Stop off pay:  $10 per occurrence plus mileage
• Tractor repositioning:  $20 per hour
• Mountain pass:  $25 per occurrence
• Chaining pay:  $30 per occurrence
• Yard work:  $20 per hour
• Compliance duties;  $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $210.00 per day????????????????????  
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $70,000
• Weekly home time 
• Majority no touch freight
