Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate commercial equipment finance and lease documentation packages in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines within established service level expectations
- Review transaction documentation for accuracy, completeness, and funding readiness while ensuring all required conditions and supporting documents are obtained
- Partner with internal teams including sales, credit, and operations to support efficient deal flow and timely transaction processing
- Communicate with customers, vendors, brokers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues, respond to inquiries, and obtain additional information as needed
- Coordinate transaction closings and funding activities, including preparation of final documentation, calculation of closing amounts, and funding disbursements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems while ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation workflows, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial finance, equipment leasing, banking, or documentation operations preferred
- General knowledge of documentation requirements and legal documents related to commercial lending and equipment finance transactions
- Experience reviewing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and funding readiness
- Ability to interpret transaction structures and support documentation and funding requirements
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing multiple systems and software platforms related to documentation and funding processes
- Basic mathematical and financial calculation skills
