This role is crucial to maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, hold a diverse skill set in maintenance and repairs, and a commitment to quality landscaping and snow removal. This position will work 20-28 hours per week. Weekend and overnight storm coverage required. Demonstrable experience and proficiency in using maintenance equipment and tools. Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift, as required by the demands of the job (e.g., handling materials, moving equipment, manual labor). Must possess and maintain a clean and valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
