• Experience in Central Sterile Supply or Operating Room preferred but not required. 

• Knowledge of instrumentation, medical supplies and medical equipment preferred 

• Ability to use steam and low temperature autoclaves and aeration cabinet 

• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire 

• Certification from the Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) required. 

• Non-Certified Candidates will receive on-the-job training and training manuals in order to sit for the Sterile Tech certification within 18 months of hire.
