Clinical Administrative Support Specialist (Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator)
Oregon Sleep Associates (OSA) | NW Portland, OR | Full-Time | $23ā$26/hr
Help Patients Sleep Better. Build a Career You'll Love.
Are you a people-person who loves the fast pace of clinical care but also has a knack for staying organized behind the scenes? Oregon Sleep Associates is growing ā and we're looking for a Clinical Administrative Support Specialist to be the friendly, dependable face patients see and the organized force that keeps our providers running smoothly.
This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. One moment you're welcoming a patient and taking their vitals, the next you're prepping charts for a provider, coordinating a home sleep study, or helping someone understand their bill. If you like variety, meaningful work, and being part of a tight-knit team that actually changes lives, keep reading.
As an AASM-accredited, patient-centered sleep medicine practice, OSA is home to board-certified sleep specialists who are as passionate about patient care as they are about mentoring their team. You'll learn the ins and outs of sleep medicine while building skills that carry across clinical and administrative career paths.

- Jump in wherever the clinic needs an extra hand ā because at a growing practice, teamwork makes it all work
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a medical or clinical support setting
- Comfort rooming patients and taking basic vitals
- A genuine passion for patient care paired with strong customer service instincts
- Sharp organizational and multitasking skills ā you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- A team-first attitude and the flexibility to adapt as our clinic grows
