Master’s degree in human services field and proven successfully developed skills in human services, crisis intervention, case coordination or discharge planning.
Well developed critical thinking skills. Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals of all disciplines.
Outstanding professional, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to problem solve and meet daily deadlines. Multi-tasking and task management essential. Basic computer knowledge.
