Under the direction of Clinical Pharmacy Leadership and Clinical Pharmacist, the Clinical Program Assistant will perform assigned tasks necessary to support comprehensive clinical pharmacy services and disease management programs provided by the Clinical Pharmacists.

Required Qualifications:

Pharmacy Technician Certification within 2 years of hire.
2 years - Healthcare experience in a clinic, retail pharmacy or other practice environment involving patient interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Successful completion of a pharmacy technician program.
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Certification upon hire.
Experience working in Electronic medical records, preferably EPIC.
