Laurel Parc seeks a Full-Time, experienced Cook to join our culinary team and offers a low-pressure, professional kitchen where work-life balance is possible!   Schedule: 10:30am - 6:30pm / Five Days a Week Shift: Full-Time Pay Range: $23.00 - $23.50 Job Duties: Understanding of culinary terms, techniques & safety  Some proficiency in kitchen operations & equipment  Completes inventory, stocking & ordering of items  Ensures presentation of food items adhere to guidelines. Follows recipes, scales ingredients and uses proper kitchen techniques when preparing resident meals. Ensures kitchen runs efficiently by completing prep cooking as needed. Keeps kitchen and workstations clean and sanitary. Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Displays excellent communication including ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. QualificationsLanguage Requirement All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
