COOK

• High school level of knowledge preferred.  

• Formal education in food service supervision or cooking preferred.  

• Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment.         

• Demonstrated knowledge of basic principles of nutrition.  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Serve Safe certification within one year of hire.  

• HACCP certification within one year of hire.
