Purpose of this Role |
The Corporate Relations Manager plays a key role in advancing United Way of the Columbia-Willamette’s corporate engagement and revenue growth strategy by managing and expanding a portfolio of workplace and corporate partnerships. Working under the strategic leadership of the Director of Corporate Partnerships, this role leads the planning, execution, and stewardship of workplace giving campaigns while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, increase revenue, and cultivate new business relationships. This position combines strong relationship management with a growth-oriented business development mindset, helping drive both partner retention and expansion. By serving as the primary lead for campaign operations, partner coordination, and donor engagement across corporate accounts, the Corporate Relations Manager contributes directly to revenue growth, long-term partnership development, and organizational impact. The role also creates capacity for senior leadership to focus on enterprise-level partnerships, sponsorship strategy, and broader market growth opportunities. |
