- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
- Maintains all registries and licenses required by state and federal law.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Department specific training.
- Proficiency with most major Radiology equipment, manufacturer’s hardware and software.
- Ability to comply with on- call specifics.
- Attains and maintains registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in CT.
- Is currently eligible for and/or holding a New York State license in Radiologic Technology.
- Maintains Basic Life Support Credentials (CPR).Â
- Candidate must have the ability to work in both CT and Diagnostic Radiology.
