Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You’ll Do Customer Support & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional, friendly manner Conduct happy calls to recent customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and reinforce our commitment to great service. Make outbound calls to follow up on open estimates, maintenance reminders, membership renewals, and other customer outreach initiatives.
