Manage Asset Repository. Catalog and organize assets within internal asset management systems, ensuring all creative files are accessible, rights-cleared, and up-to-date.Â
Evaluate Asset Quality. Review incoming assets against brand standards and creative specification prior to brief handoff to prevent production delays. Create content gap analysis to ensure feedback is engrained into future planning.Â
Track Timelines and Deliverables. Maintain project trackers and status documents within Airtable to monitor the daily flow of information and deliverables between Nike, Program Lead, and Agency team.Â
Flag Operational Bottlenecks. Identify early warning signs of workflow delays or missing inputs and escalate them to the Program Lead with proposed tactical fixes.Â
Support Seasonal Rollouts. Assist in executing the step-by-step launch tasks for the Seasonal Content Syndication program, ensuring adherence to timelines.Â
